HOW TO PLAY

You're working the plate pasting line! Your job is to inspect incoming battery plates, rack the good ones, and throw defective plates into the scrap dumpster.

But sorting plates is only half the job.

As production continues, the operator's quality will gradually deteriorate. Use the BUZZ button to alert the operator when too many defective plates are coming down the line! The operator will react, make adjustments, and temporarily improve production quality when a speed burst occurs. Quality gradually deteriorates again after the burst ends.

Be careful, though. Operators don't appreciate being buzzed! Each has a different temper, and an angry operator can send the conveyor into a sudden speed burst.

WEIGHT CHECKS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT!

When the weight-check alert appears, you have five seconds to collect five plates for inspection. These checks help identify poor-quality production and alert the operator when adjustments are needed.

Successful completion earns extra money, even when the sample fails quality. But a failed quality check will aggravate the operator and trigger a speed burst through the existing operator response!

Keep the line moving, avoid jams, manage your scrap dumpster, and don't let defective plates slip onto the good rack. QUALITY CONTROL will be checking your work after every shift!

Three write-ups and you're FIRED!

Buzzing and weight checks do not remove defects already on the conveyor. You must still sort those plates yourself. An active speed burst cannot be stacked or extended by repeated alerts.
